A DECADE OF SUCCESSES

Our history dates back to 2007, when – still as Przedsiębiorstwo Renowacji Kanalizacji BLEJKAN sp. z o.o. – we started operating on the renovation market.
The company’s share capital was PLN 50,000 (PLN 150,000 in September 2007).
The company was made up of 17 people at the time.

2010

  • In January 2010, we underwent a rebranding – we changed the name and logo for the first time. As BLEJKAN sp. z o.o. we implemented an integrated management system, soon after we received a certificate in the field of quality management
  • Implementation of the Integrated Quality and Environment Management System

2012

In 2012, we changed the company’s headquarters – we moved all our resources to Szczecin, from where we manage the company to this day.

2013

2013 is another successful certification – this time in the scope of BS OHSAS 180001: 2007. Thanks to this, we have expanded our integrated management system and included occupational health and safety.

2015

In 2015, we made the decision on further important changes in the area of company registration. We have changed the legal form to a joint-stock company. This year was also a breakthrough in the area of development of our technologies and offer. We have become a licensed contractor of Compact Pipe technology and a certified installer of fiberglass products cured with UV from Insituform.

2017

Establishment of UNIBLE, purchase of AKWA GmbH, purchase of shares in ABIKORP sp. z o.o.

2018

  • Acquisition of Mazur sp. z o.o., foreign companies name changes
  • We operate as BLEJKAN S.A. Our share capital is PLN 2,000,000, and the employment level is 100 people.
  • Certification in the scope of amended standards

2019

  • purchase of MD Renova sp. z o.o. sp.k.
